Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery
We deliver to France, the European Union (free delivery) and the rest of the world (flat rate delivery of €10).
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country: generally between 3 and 7 business days in Europe and depending on the carrier for other destinations.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. mada social bags cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.
In case of lost or undelivered package, please contact us at bonjour@madasocialbags.com . If the package is officially declared lost, we will offer resend or refund.

Returns
You have 15 days after receiving your order to notify us of a return. To do so, contact us at bonjour@madasocialbags.com and include your order number.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with their packaging and all labels attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer: a flat rate of €5 will be retained or charged to cover logistics costs.
Once the return is received and validated, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 7 business days. Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
