These general conditions govern sales made on the site www.madasocialbags.com , operated by Charlotte Poirot, a micro-entrepreneur registered under the status of Individual Entrepreneur (EI), whose head office is located at 66 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris, France. 1. Purpose

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by mada social bags to its customers via the Shopify platform.

2. Products

The products offered are raffia and leather bags, handmade in Madagascar. Since each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may exist between the products presented on the website and those delivered. Photographs are not contractually binding.

3. Price

Prices displayed on the website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Delivery is free in France and the European Union. No additional fees will be applied to the order, except for any return fees.

4. Geographic area

Products are only available for delivery to France and European Union countries. Any order placed outside of this area will be automatically cancelled.

5. Order

The order is validated once payment has been accepted. A confirmation is sent by email. mada social bags reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order or any order placed in bad faith.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment can be made by credit card or any other secure method offered on the site via Shopify Payments. Payment data is never stored by mada social bags.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, generally between 3 and 7 business days. Delivery is free for all orders delivered to France or the European Union. mada social bags is committed to shipping orders within the specified timeframe. In the event of delay, loss, or damage during transport, a claim may be filed with the carrier. If the package is declared lost, a refund or resend of the product will be offered to the customer. Risk transfer occurs upon actual delivery of the product to the customer.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 15 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, please contact us at bonjour@madasocialbags.com . Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with their complete packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer: a flat rate of €5 will be retained or invoiced to cover return logistics costs.

9. Legal guarantee

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), allowing you to return products delivered defective or non-compliant.

10. Liability

mada social bags cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the purchase of its products. The brand cannot be held liable for improper use of the products or in cases of force majeure.

11. Personal data

Information collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the site.

12. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the customer may seek free recourse to a consumer mediator or refer the matter to the competent courts.
